We gather the information needed to assess your borrowing capacity and prepare a tailored strategy.

This covers your income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and long-term goals. We'll send you a simple checklist so you know exactly what to prepare.

Compare lenders

We compare options across our lender panel and recommend loans that suit your best interests.

You'll see 2–3 clear options side-by-side with rates, features, fees and why we're suggesting each one. You choose — we give you the information to decide.

Apply & manage

We prepare and submit the application, liaise with the lender, and keep you updated at every step.

Valuation, verification, conditional approval, unconditional approval — we handle the back-and-forth so you don't have to chase anyone.

Settlement

We coordinate with your conveyancer and the lender to get you to settlement smoothly.

On settlement day, funds transfer, keys are released, and we check everything has happened as expected.

Annual reviews

We don't disappear after settlement. A loan review each year keeps your finance competitive over time.
